Communication of 15.IV.2012:
The Czech Telecommunication Office, Prague, announces the following updated National Numbering
Plan of the Czech Republic.
The numbering plan uses the principles of closed numbering. All national numbers used by subscribers
have nine (9) digits (except short numbers and specific numbers such as voice mail services).
When dialling from abroad to the Czech Republic, after the international access code (international prefix)
and the country code of the Czech Republic (+420), the national (significant) number (N(S)N.
