NOTICE FOR ISSUING OF CERTIFIED ANSWER SHEETS FOR THE
PROGRAMMES OF BJMC, BCA, MCA, B.Ed., BALLB(H)/BBALLB(H)
It is for the information of all students who have filled application form for obtaining certified copies of their evaluated Answer Sheets as per Regulation for Inspection of Answer
Sheets and providing Certified Copies, for the End Term Examination held in December 2013 –
January 2014 in respect of BJMC, BCA, MCA(SE), B.Ed., BALLB(H)/BBALLB(H)
Programme.
They may visit in Room No.127, Examination Division, Administrative Block, GGSIP
University, Sector – 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078, on 07.05.2014
from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
to collect their answer sheets as requested in their application form. The details of student are attached herewith.
The examinee applicant shall be required to present himself/herself for collection of the answer sheet as per the notified schedule. If an examinee applicant fails to present himself/herself for collection of the requested answersheets as per the notified schedule, it shall be construed that he/she has abandoned his/her right for collection of answer sheets.
Further, if the name of any student not included in the attached list, he/she may contact the office of the undersigned, alongwith the proof of submission of application in the University.
All examinee applicants are also hereby directed to bring their Identity Card issued by the concerned School/Institute and copy of application form.
