What won’t copy: Numbers Other people’s documentation Comments – you will have to add those back in the new data Into the future Miscellaneous: Only one person can chart at any given minute for the same field Warning displays if someone else is saving data in the same field at the same time. Change the time by 1 minute on your documentation to allow to save Medications: Can NOT change the time when scanning a med – scan captures real time o If you need to document a med given at an earlier time then document, confirm, save and then click on the result just saved and change time there 1 hour before scheduled time you will get a “Too Early” alert in Admin-Rx 1 hour after scheduled time you will get a “Too Late” alert Use nursing judgment regarding if a med is scheduled every 2 hours… can’t be an hour late and then give another dose in 1h.
