They’re due on March 18th. ● If you are interested in running for a CPC executive board position, you should be meeting with the current officer to talk about what the job entails. ● Incoming Officer Workshop is on April 8th @ 7pm and Officer Transition Retreat is on April 16th @ 12pm­5pm. ○ These events are MANDATORY for all incoming officers, so if you plan on running please make necessary arrangements. ● Your presidents have received your GSAP evaluators. She no longer meets the qualifications for her position. We will leave the spot open until our regularly scheduled elections in April. Anyone interested in helping out with Greek Week can contact me via email ( abakhaus@emich.edu ). Please note the change to the April 7th CPC meeting. We will be meeting at 7:30pm rather than 7pm. Executive Vice President: ● Thanks again for those who attended and gave feedback for the Social Policy Conference. We talked about Section II, Greek Judicial Board, Glass 3, and many other issues our community faces. Please asks your delegates what they learned and take that back to your chapter. ● Social Chair and Risk Management Meeting March 2 at 8:15pm, more are welcome ○ Need risk management and social chairs ● GLASS 3 (sexual assault prevention training, not the fastforward program) we will be adding this to the glass 1 and 2 requirements, only 20% of your sober monitors will have to be glass 3 certified for this semester (will come into your meeting if that makes your life easier) ○ March 5th ● ● ● ○ March 18th ○ March 23rd ○ April 9th ○ Rooms and Times TBA! Participate in the selection process of Gamma Rho Chis, including generating interest, creating and disseminating applications and interviewing. 2. Must be trained on all ICS programming prior to structured recruitment. 3. Should work as the liaison between Gamma Rho Chi groups and the VP of Membership. 4. It is encouraged that they talk to other chapters and councils, but anyone or chapter can propose or amend anything. ● Alpha Sigma Tau is having their 19th annual Greeks Got Talent, March 6th @ 7pm in the Student Center. Tickets will be available to sell the first week of March as well as March 6th at the door.
