 November 9-15: One on Ones with Philanthropy and Service Chairs, they
should have signed up for a time by now but have until Sunday to get it
completed.
 November 18th is next Sisterhood and Social Chair Meeting in Club Halle



We’re starting the can food drive for Swoop. List of items needed is a
sheet in the folders. Boxes will be delivered to your houses by next week
o November 20th is the Door-to-Door food drive day. A sign up form
will be created for you participate in the event
November 30-December 3rd: Make a wish letter writing tables (service
hours will be available)
December 8: Nate and I want to meet with Greek Week Captains for a
informal meetings. So, Please have someone in that position before that
date. (Trying to get a hard start).

New Business:
 Discussion for Recruitment Rules
 Section IV Subsection B, Gamma Rho Chi Infraction
o Add the word Gamma before to prevent any issues wit the Rho Chi
 Section V Recruitment Process Subsection T:
o All Bids must be turned into College PanHellenic Vice President
of Membership by the assigned time
o The PNM’s first and last name must be clearly printed on the
outside of the bid
o If the time is clearly stated to the chapter recruitment chairs then
failure to turn in bids on time will result in a Panhellenic absence
o Bids not done correctly will need to rewritten by the chapter

 Mindful and Mindless Eating Event:
o Wed. November 18th 5-6:30
 Relay For Life 18th committee meeting, more information, timeline of things
going on, looking for people in student center in room 330. Starts at 8pm!
 Nail Polish for SDT and selling nail polish, look out for lobby tables
