NAACP Presents: Black Male Showcase

Join the NAACP in our first annual Black Male Showcase. This
showcase aims to celebrate and acknowledge our black men
in a positive light and eliminate stereotypes that are often
associated with black men.
Talk Culture Series: Life of a Minority Veteran

This event will acknowledge the value and uniqueness of many
diverse veteran experiences through cultural exploration, by
commemorating their accomplishments though an open panel
discussion followed by a Q & A session.

community to attend the Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. This

Lecture: Wajahat Ali

Wajahat Ali is a journalist at Al Jazeera America. He helped launch
the network as co-host of The Stream. He is the author of The
Domestic Crusaders - a play about Muslim Americans, post-9/11.
His talk, “Generation Change”, is free and open to the public.
