In general, the following standards apply: System Applications Manager (scheduling) ePrint (report distribution) FormFusion (formatted output, such as letters) GJIREVO (output stored within the database) Retention Period 30 days 90 days 30 days 30 days Exceptions to these standards are requested by the Data Owner for the area responsible for the output, and approved by the Business Operations Committee (BOC). Exceptions will be maintained in attachment 4.7.A.1 Banner Output Exceptions. 4.0 Responsibility for Implementation The Director of Enterprise Operations is responsible for the implementation of this standard. 5.0 Definitions Term Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Output Data Owner IT Standard Form Version 3.0 Definition The management information systems (MISs) that integrate and automate many of the business practices associated with the operations or production of the University. The information produced by a program or process from a specific input. Output, for this policy, is in an electronic format. Entity that can authorize or deny access to certain data, and is responsible for its accuracy, integrity, and timeliness. For ERP modules, the Functional Security Representative assumes the role of data owner.
