Personality Assessment*
As part of our hiring process, we like to get to know our applicants better through the Myers-BriggsType Indicator (MBTI),
a personality assessment that will give you a four letter code. Please complete the assessment and attach your results to
this application.
You can access the MBTI for free as an EMU student by following these steps:
1. Go to typefocus.com
2. Choose “New Users Start Here!”
3. Enter your information. You must use your emich email address.
4. Create your own password.
5. Use access code: emu48
6. Click “self-assessments” then “start.” It will take 10-15 minutes maximum.
7. Print your results and attach to your application
* HSC does NOT make hiring decisions based on your MBTI type. It is simply a tool to understand our applicants
strengths and weaknesses better.
I hereby certify that the above is true, that Holman Success Center may contact any of the above listed
references, and they also have my permission to access my EMU information.
