The WSIS Forum 2013 first physical meeting of the Open Consultation Process on the
Thematic Aspects and Innovations on the Format will take place in Geneva on 16
November 2012 from 15h00–18h00. If you are unable to travel to Geneva, we
encourage you to participate remotely, either as an observer or as a delegate.

Remote observers will benefit from access to the live audio/video webcast of
discussions taking place in the meeting.
In addition, a live commentary will provide contextual information about,
speakers, documents, presentations, etc.
Remote observers can provide input via the comments section. Moderated
comments will be posted to the liveblog and visible to all participants including
delegates physically present at the meeting.
