How to Join Google Hangout
You can use your computer, Android and iOS devices to participate in the Google Hangout.
 Activate your my.emich account. Instructions can be found at
http://www.emich.edu/ois/studentaccounts.
The instructions below are how to log into a Google Hangout using a computer/laptop.
Go to http://google.emich.edu and enter your emich account information

Click on the search button and type in ois@emich.edu. Click on OIS EMU to open a chat
window.

Select OIS EMU and a chat window should pop up in the lower right hand corner.
Type a message to join the Hangout.
You can use the chat function or click on the camera for video.
The instructions below are how to log into the Google Hangout app using an iOS device
(iPhone, iPad).
 Log into the Google Hangouts app with your emich.edu email (xxx@emich.edu) and
password.
 You will be asked to login again in the university system using your username and
password.

Click on the search button and type in ois@emich.edu. Select OIS EMU. Type a message
to join!
