Planning and Logistics support for the Steering Committee-Work Team Workshop
The Steering Committee tasks the Incident Business Practices WT to provide Planning and
Logistical support for the workshop planned for February 2011.
Initial Leaders Intent was developed for the Annual Workshop at the Steering Committee
meeting of November 10, 2011.
Objectives for the Annual Workshop are:
1) To understand the status of each unit of PNWCG.
2) To establish program direction for PNWCG.
3) To clarify and reinforce PNWCG operating procedures.
4) To provide focused time for the WT/AC Chairs to work with each other.
The meeting pattern will be similar to past years:
Feb. 14th 0900-1200 PNWCG Steering Committee
Feb. 14th 1300-1700 Annual Workshop
Feb. 15th 0800-1200 Annual Workshop
Feb. 15th 1300-1500 PNWCG Steering Committee

Priorities for the meeting location, in descending order, are:
1) Government facilities near the Columbia River.
2) Commercial facilities near the Columbia River (ODF will cover about $300 of this
cost if needed per Travis Medema)
3) Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue has offered their facility if needed.
The room that the Annual Workshop is held in should be available to WT/AC Chairs to
work with each other in the morning of Feb. 14th and the afternoon of Feb. 15.
The OWT, IPBWT, ICAC and NWCM will be given 15 minutes each during the report out
period. The others will have 10 minutes.
The opening will include a perspective on PNWCG from its most experienced members
and from experienced WT/AC Chairs.

The Chair will be inviting one person from NWCG.
The Chair will be inviting one person from each Interagency Geographic Area Board for a
total of 2.
Please work with Executive Director Pat Kelly regarding the agenda and further details of
the Annual Workshop.
