 Try to be more inclusive and promote sessions more to staff below grade 4 (X2)
 Extend breakout sessions to 4 and have lunch over 2 hours, schedule a fourth sessions

 Choir, mince pies and mulled wine were a lovely surprise
 Was beyond expectations
 Good idea to have session name on badges, good talking point for networking
 Unfortunately only allowed by manager to attend specific session we had booked, but
this was very valuable
