PE Waiver Assessment:
You must bring your student identification (photo ID) to the assessment. Arrive at the main gym at the start time listed,
dressed and ready to go.
Results:
A letter will be mailed to the student with the results of the PE Waiver assessment within two weeks of the test date.
The assessment results will be reported to the student’s boundary school. If you pass the assessment, your results will
be posted on your school transcript.
