-Senator Jones Darling moves to discharge the resolution S. Res-102-(10) and also moves to
add it to the agenda, which is a resolution to urge the board of regents to act in the best
interest of the university by voting at its meeting on February 5, 2016 to immediately provide
notice of intent to end any affiliation with the Education Achievement Authority.
-Passes Unanimously.

Senator Pernicano stated he was the only person to vote no on the last meeting’s
discharged resolution and he is happy to see it be cleaned up and that he will be
supporting this new and improved resolution
