Purpose
To define the use of temporary construction fencing.
Procedures
1. Temporary Orange Fencing shall only be allowed on campus, for a project,
for up to one month.
2. The project manager/manager shall obtain a written schedule detailing
construction and tear down of all temporary orange fencing from any
contractor proposing to use temporary orange fencing.
3. For any project longer in duration than one month, chain-link fencing shall
be used unless otherwise approved by the project manager/manager. For
more information, please see the “EMU Construction Standards”.
