Current Responsibilities
Andrew Steptowe is a client executive in Marsh’s Energy Practice with the responsibility of
providing overall service team leadership in the design, marketing, negotiation and ongoing
service to clients in the energy sector. In addition, Andrew serves as the U.S. leader of Marsh’s
Upstream Energy Practice.
Experience
Andrew began his experience in the insurance industry in 1981 and has worked as a broker in
London, Toronto, and Houston.
Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of Energy and Marine insurance programs. He
has designed and implemented insurance programs for many large international companies with
a particular emphasis on exploration and production companies, oilfield service contractors and
offshore construction projects.
