ADMISSIONS QUESTIONS
Location: Admissions Welcome Center, Room 220, 2nd Floor
First and foremost, Congratulations on your admission to Eastern
Michigan University. We hope that you are as excited as we are at
the prospect of you beginning your next chapter with us at EMU.
This day is about YOU. We want to ensure that any last minute
questions, concerns or confusions are taken care of while you are
with us.
Today, you will have the opportunity to explore your academic
program, financial aid opportunities, and the campus itself. Inside
this pamphlet, you will find the schedule of today’s events. Again,
today is about finding the information that you want and need.
If you have remaining questions about your admission or scholarship
awards, stop in to the Admissions Welcome Center to chat with one of our
Admissions Advisers.
CAMPUS TOURS
Departure Location: Student Center, 1st Floor
Campus Tours will be available at the conclusion of your day. They will depart
between 2:00pm– 2:30pm.
You will have opportunities to select and attend 3 of our 5
informational sessions (or split up and see them all). Following
these sessions, you will spend the afternoon learning about
your program of interest.
Please feel free to ask questions and utilize all of the resources
available to you today. We are here for you and we want to make
sure that you have everything you need as you navigate your
college decision.
If there is anything we can do to make your experience more
fun or informative, please feel free to let us know. We are excited
for you to become a part of the EMU Community.

From registering for classes to starting
a career, the UACDC offers a variety of
academic and career-oriented services
and resources. Hear first-hand about
the many ways you can benefit from
their help in your first year and beyond.

Let’s talk money. Financial aid staff will
be walking you through the ins-andouts of filing your FAFSA information
with EMU and what you can expect to
see in an EMU financial aid package.

STUDENT WELL-BEING

From physical wellness to emotional and
social wellness, hear about our holistic
programs and services that collaborate with
many other departments across campus.

Staff from both offices will share
the importance of getting involved
outside of the classroom in
development and involvement
activities that will provide experiences
and friendships to last a lifetime.
LUNCH
Lunch will be available for all guests between 11:00AM-12:45PM.
Each group will pick up their lunch from the location listed below:
Groups 1 & 2, Green Wristband: 1st Floor (near stage)
Groups 3 & 4, Blue Wristband: 2nd Floor (Mezzanine area outside Ballroom A and B)
Groups 5 & 6, Orange Wristband: 3rd Floor (outside room 310)
Please make sure to stick to your assigned lunch pick up location as we do not want
to run out of food for you!
