on Wednesday,
September 5, 2012, I
called and spoke to Mr.
Philip Ricaurte and
explained that I wanted
to schedule a time when
I could come out and
perfroma full re-measure
of the property. He
refused to provide me
access and stated that
he did not wish to spend
any more time on this
matter. He told me that
the County had "screwed
this up" and that he was
putting his faith in his
appraisal report. I have
