corrections/revisions that are required for approval. In addition, the following actions are needed
for Concept Plan approval.

If a revised application including 2 sets of corrected Concept Plans along with the redline plans
is not re-submitted within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of this notice, the application

Please be aware that Concept Plan approval is required prior to the approval of your preliminary

disapproval by copy of this letter.
