City staff and Dewberry Engineers have been coordinating with the various utility departments to resolve the utility conflicts in the project area. Preliminary design plans have been prepared by the consultant and City Staff is reviewing those documents. We plan to hold a public meeting in the upcoming months to kick off the real estate phase. We will discuss the designed improvements and initiate easement acquistions.
