& Columbus Circle Storm Drainage Improvement Project
Dear Resident:
Charlotte Storm Water Services (SWS) is progressing on schedule with
the construction phase of the Ashley Park/Westerly Hills Neighborhood
Improvement Project (NIP) and the Columbus Circle Storm Drainage
Improvement Project.
The NIP work is complete on Garibaldi Avenue, Marlowe Avenue, and
Greenland Avenue. Currently, they are working on Heywood Avenue,
Kempton Place, Dublin Road and in the Blessing Street area.

The triple culvert at Wilson Avenue is now complete for the storm drainage
portion. SWS contractor, United Construction, is currently in the process
of performing the 8 x 8 double culvert installation at Denver Avenue. Upon
completion, work will begin just up stream on Alleghany Street.
Construction of this project is approximately 25% complete.
