The City of Charlotte is in the process of procuring
a demolition contractor and all regulatory permits for
the demolition of 6931 Old Post Rd. Demolition is
slated to begin in the next couple of weeks.
This work may take up to 45 calendar days to
complete, including site grading and grass seeding.
The demolition will not impact the adjoining
properties. We appreciate your patience during this
time.
