The ribbon cutting for our new location at
2145 Suttle Avenue will occur January 8, 2016!
FY16 Invoice Schedule
• November 20, 2015 – Invoice packets mailed
– Invoices will include MCAQ contact name & e-mail
• January 8, 2016 – Due date for payment and
permit verification forms
– These should still be mailed to our 700 N Tryon
address
– Or submit online at
http://airquality.charmeck.org/payonline
• Form A-6 (Reduction and Recycling Activities)
no longer required!
2015 Emission Inventories
• April 30, 2016 – Annual emissions reports due
– Refer to last condition & Appendix B of Air Permit
for requirements
– True minor sources can submit via e-mail to
AnnualAirEmissions@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov
• Some facilities may have other reporting
requirements (e.g. monthly, quarterly,
semiannually).
Report Tracker E-mails
Facilities should receive their report tracker e-mail by
January 30, 2016.
Emission Spreadsheet Updates
Four most commonly used spreadsheets were
updated with additional guidance:
– Concrete Batch Plants
– Fuel Oil Combustion
– Natural Gas
Combustion
– Hot Mix Asphalt
Be on the lookout for an Emissions Guidance Document next year!

• Air Compliance Excellence Award Program,
designed by you!
• Recognized facilities that complied with all
their Air Quality permit requirements from
July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
• Awards were issued August 12, 2015.

Mecklenburg County Air Permitting Customer Survey
• The survey goes to all Air Quality permit recipients,
whether first time permittees or facilities that
recently modified their permit.
