YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK
Dear Resident,
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and
consulting engineer HDR continue to move forward
with the planning phase of the 6th and Graham
Storm Drainage Improvement Project. The goals
of this project are to improve the storm drainage
infrastructure and to reduce flooding of streets and
structures.
A sink hole was discovered under the sidewalk on 6th
Street alongside Settlers Place (229 N. Church Street).
This portion of the sidewalk and some of the on-street
parking will be closed until this has been resolved. We
apologize for this inconvenience. This information was
provided to the Settlers Place property management
company to be communicated at the July board
meeting.
