 Investigated and compared various scattered-data interpolation methods and how they can be
used to solve PDEs.
 Used MATLAB to conduct numerical experiments.

 Researching spatio-temporal modeling, optimization and analysis of mobile sensor data for
estimation, evaluation and prediction of individual exposure to environmental triggers.
 Using OpenLayers, HTML, Javascript, PostGIS, and Python to interpret collected environmental
data, weather data, and GPS data.
NSF funded Research Experience for Undergraduates

 Investigated the use of Radial Basis Functions in a multi-dimensional environment.
 Studied how RBFs are conventionally used in numerically solving PDEs.
 Created an alteration to conventional methods to obtain an optimal blend of accuracy, stability,
and computational efficiency.
