Accessory buildings, in excess of 12’ in any direction that would require a
building and/or zoning permit.
Code Description
Section R101.2 Accessory buildings with any dimension greater than 12 feet must have
a building permit and must meet the previsions of the code. Accessory buildings under
12 feet would only require a zoning permit
Possible Options:

Obtain a building and/or zoning permit for the accessory building.
