First Expansion
Due: Session 11
In this assignment, you will take a narrative you have previously created and
expand it into another medium. For example, if you have written a short story, you
can create a short video, a graphic story, or even a blog for one of the characters.
Likewise, if you have created a game, you can take an element from the game and
turn it into a story, video, graphic story, etc.
Remember when you expand to another platform, you are not simply recreating the
narrative, but using the strengths and specific characteristics of the new medium to
further explore and add depth and audience experience to the narrative.
