Therefore all previously approved requirements and conditions will remain in force to the extend that relate to any of the property contained in the Site Plan Amendment except for the addition of 4,500 square feet of floor area. To achieve this purpose, the application seeks the rezoning of a small portion of the overall site from CC to CC(SPA).
