Outdoors Seasonal Produce Stands
Purpose of Change:
This text amendment clarifies the outdoors fresh produce stands provisions by adding language that states that this
use is also allowed as a principal use in all zoning districts except residential, office and institutional. When an
outdoors fresh produce stand is a principal use, and if a permanent structure is utilized, then prescribed conditions
are added.
