Market had small companies that were run like grocery
shop – when they start and when they stop is anyone’s

Insurance companies in this domain functioned only till
they get immense profits
Customer was not the key for the market – money was!
We started the company – Customer Centric
Company started in April 2014 in a rented basement.
We started with approx $2500 (INR 100,000) and we
took a loan for this
Started with 2 employees on day 1.
ISO 9001 certification process on-going.
By Oct End – we were generating INR900,000 (USD15,000) per
month
We decided to go for market in BIG way…BUT..HOW?
