She has already made numerous appearances in the West, and this is her second visit to England, during which her engagements also include recitals for the Schubert Society of Great Britain and at the Polish Cultural Institute. Alexander Wells (born at Oxford in 1954) was a pupil of Leonie Gombrich before studying in Paris and at the Royal College under Stephen Savage. He now has a busy career as an accompanist, operatic rep6titeur and teacher. We are extremely fortunate to be able to put on this extra concert, open to all who work at the College.
