I ___________________________________________ understand that I am on academic
probation and have one semester to improve my GPA in order to continue serving in my
current position. I understand that I am responsible for providing the Puente Club
President and Advisors proof of academic improvement two weeks prior to the start of
the next semester.
Requirements while on academic probation--During the term of probation I agree to:
1. Meet with the Puente Counselor at least twice during the semester.
2. Complete and submit a mid-term progress report by the ninth week of the
semester.
3. Attend one academic success workshop during the semester.
4. Participate in tutoring and or academic support programs as advised.
Puente Club GPA Requirement for Officers
A grade point average of 3.0 or above for Executive Officers
A grade point average of 2.5 or above for Liaisons
A grade point average of at least 2.0 for Coordinators, Historian, Webmaster
