2. Review the recent draft of the IEC Annual Report.
Finalize indicators to be used for each factor for reporting.
3. Adopt a final draft of the IEC Annual Report.
4. Review the working draft for “Access and Use of Institutional Research and
Assessments” for Administrative Procedures.
5. Review the draft of the written explanation as well as intent of the use of the factors
and indicators in the formulation of Institutional Effectiveness Outcomes.
6. Review VVC BP 4000. Revisions?

1. Program review: compliance rates, quality and relevance. Current status and plans?
2. Discuss a format for the Fact Book for the representation of the IEC Factor data.
