We are not allowed to show their faces in photos, but they were thrilled!!! Thanks to the generous donations from VVC psychology students and employees, and community members, foster youth throughout the community received back packs twice this year. The back packs are filled with a small blanket, a stuffed animal, a journal or book, and a toothpaste/tooth brush kit. We collected 30 backpacks to give away in August and we had 40 to give out in December. In addition to back packs, several people donated other goodies ranging from hot wheels, to fingernail polish, to tampons. These items are much appreciated by the children and youth who receive them. Thank you. May 2008 Foster Parent Celebration Thank you, again, for all you do for our children!!
