UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI SCHOOL OF LAW PROPERTY § 1 (Professor Freyermuth) Final Examination (Part One) May 12, 2016 8:30am to 11:30am 1. Part One of the final examination consists of two portions. Section 1A consists of eight (8) short answer questions, for which you may write your answer in a bluebook or type your answer using the approved exam software in CLOSED mode. Section 1A will constitute twenty-five (25%) of your course grade. Section 1B consists of twenty-five (25) multiple choice questions, for which you should enter your answers on the machine-gradable answer sheet. Section 1B will constitute twenty-five percent (25%) of your course grade. 2. You have a total of three (3) hours to complete Part One of the exam. Suggested times: Section 1A (Short Answer) Section 1B (Multiple Choice) Unallocated Time 75 minutes 75 minutes 30 minutes Sections 1A and 1B are not being separately timed. When you complete Part One, write your exam number in the space provided at the bottom of this page to indicate your compliance with the Honor Code. You must then turn in this exam, your machine-gradable answer sheet and any scratch paper that you used. Removing or attempting to reproduce any of these materials is an Honor Code violation. 3. You may not write on your exam or on your scratch paper until you are told to begin, or after you are told to stop. Any unauthorized writing is a violation of the Honor Code. 4. During the exam, you may not collaborate with or receive assistance from any other person, and you may not conduct library research or any computer-assisted research (such as LEXIS or WESTLAW). You may not use any written materials, other than an outline that you prepared or that you contributed to as part of a study group. Any unauthorized assistance or use of unauthorized materials during the exam is a violation of the Honor Code. 5. Before you begin Part One, as instructed by the exam proctor, check to see that you have all pages in the correct order. This exam consists of sixteen (16) pages, including this cover page.
