It is bound by single family structures. There is a screened in porch on the side of the home with a terrace above. Proposal The applicant proposes the existing porch to be removed in lieu of a two story addition. A new porch and second story balcony will be built on the right side of the front façade. The ground level porch will tie into the main entrance. The second story porch is supported by columns and will have a railing and French doors that provide access, replacing the existing window.
