SYNOPSIS:
On 12/03/06 at approximately 03:25 hours the victim was at his residence with friends when there
was a knock on the door. The victim opened the door and a B/M with a handgun attempted to gain
entry. The victim fought with the B/M and pushed him outside. The door was shut while the victim
was outside fighting with the B/M. Shots were heard and after a few minutes the door was opened
and the victim was found lying just outside the doorway. The victim had been shot and the police
were called.
