Application for Graduate Admission Application The Office of Graduate Studies strongly encourages the online submission of the Graduate Application for Admission. Graduate degree programs have almost instant access to view online applications; the submission of hard copy applications will slow the application review process. Academic programs may require additional materials, including a departmental application, statement of purpose and/or letters of recommendation. No test scores or other supplemental materials are required for the post-baccalaureate studies program. Application Deadlines Deadlines vary among degree programs. The Application Fill out the graduate application form completely and carefully, making sure the information is clearly readable. Failure to fully complete the application form will void your admission. Providing misinformation concerning previous enrollment in other colleges or universities will also void your admission. Some information requested on the form is required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Higher Education Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and will be reported to the federal compliance agencies concerned with equal educational opportunity. Application Fee A check or money order made payable to the University of MissouriColumbia for the appropriate amount ($65 for domestic/permanent resident applicants and $90 for international applicants) must accompany your application. The application fee is non-refundable and it is not applicable to the educational fee, student activities fee, computing fee or student health fee. Transcripts/Mark Sheets Degree and certificate seeking applicants: Include unofficial copies of your transcript(s) with your application. If you are accepted by an academic program, you will then be asked to provide official transcripts. University of Missouri Test Scores The individual graduate programs determine whether or not standardized test scores such as GRE or GMAT are required for admission.
