The annual business meeting of the World War Two Studies Association, originally scheduled in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Historical Association, has been rescheduled due to reasons beyond our control. The meeting will be held during the Society for Military History annual meeting in Knoxville, Tennessee, 1-4 May 2003. The business meeting will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 2nd , in the 3rd Floor Boardroom of the Hilton. Details of the lodgings arrangements for the SMH conference will not be available until early in the new year. Members planning to attend are urged to check the SMH Web site <Imp Illt'lf,SlIIh hq,or',z]003con(lI7dexhll7l!> in January 2003 for information on lodgings for the SMH annual meeting. WWTSA members do not need to register for the conference to attend the WWTSA annual business meeting but will need to register if they wish to attend any of the SMH scholarly panels or other conference events. As was the case in 2002, the SMH organizers have instructed us that, when making reservations, WWTSA members should identify themselves as participants of the Society for Military History 2003 annual meeting to ensure the special conference rates for participating conference hotels, even if not registering for the SMH conference itself.
