Using Adobe Acrobat DC on the iPad

Mobile Link – Open once, read anywhere…
• Files that you opened recently on any of your computers or
mobile devices are always with you. You can also access
your recent files by signing in to your Adobe Document
Cloud account using a web browser.
• PDF files that you opened recently are available in your
Recent file list wherever you are. Sign in on all your devices
to access the up-to-date recent files list.
• Turn Mobile Link ON from any device and it’s on anywhere.

Comments/Annotations
• Add a comment (sticky note)
• Highlight text
• Strike out text
• Underline text
• Add new text
• Draw freehand text/shapes
• Sign documents
• Also: Delete annotations, adjust size/color, undo/redo
• Set a comment author name (Settings app)
Editing Text
You must have paid account
• You can only edit text, not images
• Add and Delete text
• Change font style, size, weight, and color
• Move or delete paragraphs
Export PDFs to Word, Excel,
PowerPoint or rtf
You must have paid account
Create PDF from Microsoft docs,
Photos or iPad Camera
You must have paid account
• Open documents from email or other iPad apps; use the Open In
feature to send/open the document to Acrobat
• Camera to PDF: Take Photo or Select Photo
Organize Pages:
Reorder, Rotate, Delete

• To Rotate, tap and drag pages
• To Rotate, tap and hold a page, then tap rotation arrow
• To Delete, tap and hold a page, then tap the trash can

• Select forms to be filled: from web, email attachment,
camera roll, take a photo
