Course Description: Overview of the Buffalo Drug Court Management Information System
features, including capabilities for:

Collection of participant data from treatment and other stakeholder agencies;
Displaying and updating participant docket schedules;
Generating drug court program reports;
Program requirements; and
Applications for Veterans and Mental Health Court documents.
Session Two: Advance Training on the Buffalo Drug Court MIS
Trainer: Jose Ferrer, Developer of the Buffalo DMIS
Course Description: Customizing the database to fit local needs, security concerns, printing
program statistical data and reports. This session will specifically cover:

How to access all the objects within the database (Tables, Queries, Forms, etc.);
How to create fields and types of fields;
How to pull information from the tables thru queries;
How to create Crosstabs;
How to modify the Rolodex or any of the forms within the database (Add fields, remove
fields, add new Tabs);
How to create a form within a form (sub-forms);
How to create and generate Charts and Reports; and
How to use the Compact feature of the database.
