Conclusion
In a competitive global
telecommunications environment, the
importance and controversial nature of
numbering, naming, addressing and
routing issues often cause their study to
be contentious and lengthy.
The nature of these studies, consequently,
results in not only a large list of issues,
but also the need for significant time for
the resolution of each.
