We assembled a distinguished panel to discuss the ways in which technology is affecting how we
litigate, whether assisting our clients to gather electronic discovery, managing sometimes massive
amounts of data, or coordinating forensic investigations. Judge Simon will discuss proposed
changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure concerning discovery. Darin Sands is a litigator with
expertise in privacy and data security litigation and electronic discovery. Anton Litchfield testified in
more than 50 jury trials, depositions and hearings as a computer forensic expert before he recently
joined Nike as Manager of Forensic Investigations.
