When we founded benugo in 1998 we had a vision of not just creating
superb, natural food, but of giving London something that was a real
experience. This vision is still true today. The benugo brand now
stretches from our own award-winning high street stores, to
concessions within some of the world’s largest and most respected
corporate organisations and public spaces.
What makes benugo unique is that we have combined the flexibility of
a contract caterer with the consistency and commercial focus of a
high street brand. Operating both on the high street and within some
of the most demanding corporate and public spaces such as the
MOL, BFI and V&A, we feel best placed to maximise all audiences. Our
brand is not concerned with meaningless marketing hype or fancy
logos. We believe that our brand values are better represented by
what we do rather than what we say we do!

Internal Events - Terms and Conditions
1.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 3 months from date of quotation, and all prices
quoted are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
2.
Notice Period
We require 5 working days notice in advance of the event to guarantee our
services

Booking Procedures
Once an order has been received in writing, we will ensure the order form is
returned to you with accurate costings within 24 hours.
4.
Confirmation
We can only accept orders with a relevant PO number attached. Once we
have this and a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions the event is
confirmed. Verbal confirmation will not be taken as acceptance for an
event. The associated cost and your PO number will form the basis of your
invoice
5.
Final Numbers
5 working days out from the event, we will contact you to confirm numbers
and final event specification. Confirmation of final numbers is required in
writing. If numbers increase we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Even if, after this time, guest numbers reduce, these are the minimum
numbers that you will be invoiced for.
6.
Deposit
We require a payment of 50% of the anticipated invoice on confirmation of
booking. Deposits are refundable dependent upon notice period given.
7.
Cancellation
Benugo will contact the client 5 working days out from the event. If the
event is not going ahead it may be cancelled at this time. If the event
cancels after this time, the client will have to cover the cost of the spoiled
items and labour to cover the time associated with the booking.
Where a deposit has been paid, the following charges will
apply:

If we incur costs on your behalf by securing the services of sub contractors or
other direct costs or expenses you will also be charged these sums.
8.
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be e-mailed to you after the event. A copy will also be
sent to the finance department, and is payable within 30 days. Payment may
be made by cheque or transfer into our bank account. Benugo Ltd reserves
the right to charge interest at 2% per month on all outstanding balances.
9.
Menu Prices
Menu prices are based on costs prevailing at the time of the quotation and
are prepared on the basis of specific numbers. The overall price is subject to
alteration depending on the agreed final number of guests. Menu prices and
costs of other items supplied may change due to market availability. Benugo
Ltd will endeavor to keep you informed of any price changes and alterations
will be noted promptly.
10.
Loss or Damage
The Client is responsible for any loss or malicious damage to hired equipment.
Any losses or breakages will be charged for at the replacement cost.
11.
Beverages
All wines, spirits and soft drinks are charged for on a consumption basis. The
exception to this is of non standard items and fresh fruit juices.
12.
Force Majeure
No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to strike, lock out,
hostilities or any other circumstances outside the control of Benugo Ltd.
