Heidi Bradley focuses her practice on securities litigation, antitrust matters and complex commercial
disputes. She defends public companies in both state and federal courts in securities and antitrust
class actions, and shareholder derivative litigation. Heidi is also experienced in contract disputes,
trade secrets litigation, stock-options backdating cases, and mergers and acquisitions. She has
represented a major software company in two antitrust jury trials.

Novell v. Microsoft, No. 2:04-cv-1045 (D. Utah) (defended Microsoft in a nine-week, $3 billion Sherman antitrust jury trial concerning regarding alleged reengineering of the Windows 95 operating system to hinder Novell’s development of the WordPerfect word processing system; prevailed on motion for judgement and affirmed by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals)
In re Micromet Shareholders Litigation, No. 7197 VCP (Del. Ch. C.A.) (represented Amgen in connection with expedited Delaware and Maryland merger litigation arising from the proposed $1.1 billion acquisition of Micromet, Inc.; case dismissed)
