California Health Information Partnership and Services Organization (CalHIPSO) is a not-forprofit joint venture between the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), the California Medical Association (CMA) and the California Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems (CAPH). CalHIPSO helps providers in California navigate the complicated world of electronic health record adoption and meaningful use. Health Information Technology Extension Center for Los Angeles County (HITEC-LA) is dedicated to helping Los Angeles County health care providers implement and meaningfully use electronic health records (EHRs) by providing high quality, personalized technical assistance. CalOptima Regional Extension Center (COREC) provides subsidized technical assistance to eligible Orange County providers in selecting, implementing, and achieving meaningful use of an electronic health record (EHR) The American Indian/Alaska Native National Regional Extension Center (AIAN REC) for California Tribal and Urban Health Programs is housed at the California Rural Indian Health Board (CRIHB) in Sacramento, CA. The AI/AN National REC - CA will work with both commercial off-the shelf (COTS) and Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) EHR users in California to support them in adopting, implementing, or upgrading to a certified EHR and provide them with supplemental resources and guidance to achieve Meaningful Use. California Telehealth Resource Center (CTRC) CTRC produces guides and materials that incorporate best practices in telehealth to meet the needs of a variety of telemedicine programs.
