Kathy Lynette Pochelle Mohr

My name is Kathy Lynette Pochelle Mohr, I was born in Ft. Riley, Kansas in
1961. I am the middle of 3 children born to Frederick and Reva Pochelle. I
am not the first to go to college in my family and I am 1 of 5 nurses in my
family. I graduated from CSUF with my BSN in 1984. I obtained my
Masters Degree in 1994 from CSU Fresno. I married Gerald C. Mohr in
1984 and we have 1 child named Erynn and she just recently turned 17. I
worked in surgery at University Medical Center and Fresno Surgery Center
until 1993. Since then I have worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the
surrounding area. I have been with Madera Community Hospital for 11
years but went per diem a year ago. I still maintain my per diem status at
Madera but my recent and most enjoyable job is with Sylvan Medical
Weight Loss Center, where I work 3 days a week. I have lived and practiced
in Fresno since college, but we have a second home on Bainbridge Island,
WA. My husband has his own business Mohr-Rurik Capital Group located
in Fresno, but with our daughter getting ready for college in the next year,
we are looking at slowing down and enjoying our time with each other.
Caryn Clinard-Enloe was in graduate school with me and a very dear friend
and she passed away in June 2007 after battling ovarian cancer.
