2 ally motion g up E ch am e le Growin THE on E GAM 8 . 4 years Children from upwards may play with their parents or teachers the R ules of t he Game T h e a i m of t he g a m e “Growing up emotionally”, the game we are presenting here, is a different kind of game. You don’t play to win, but you win when you play! The aim of the game is to give an opportunity to adults and children to stop for a while, listen to each other and talk about the beautiful and complex world of emotions. In everyday life, we leave little space for emotions. We don’t really talk a lot about “how we are”, and “how we feel”. In spite of the little awareness we have of our emotions, emotions are always present, they have an important role in our lives, and they affect our thoughts and actions. Camy, the small chameleon, is the protagonist of our story and our game, and he is going to accompany you in the discovery of his emotions and in the instinctive way he reacts to new experiences. He will recount how his journey was an outer journey, to the outside world, but more importantly it was an inner journey, to his internal world, a world so important, rich and surprising. Above all, Camy helps us understand that recognizing and understanding our emotions is not only a way of getting to know ourselves and others better, but it is also a way of growing. That is why we have created this game, and that is why all those who play it win!
