Job Vacancy: Real Estate Analyst (Research & Consultancy)
You will be working with a dynamic team of highly motivated real estate professionals.
You will conduct research and write reports on the local and regional property markets
in English and possibly in a second language. High proficiency in English and strong
report-writing skill in English are essential in this job.
Relevant training will be provided. Candidate who has relevant real estate education
and working experience in property consultancies will have an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and write analytical reports on the real estate market in English.
* Conduct research on the Singapore property & related markets
* Gather, analyse and organize information systematically
* Prepare Feasibility Studies and Financial Analysis reports for real estate
development projects
* Assist and support the Head of Dept. in his official duties
* Prepare materials for presentations & public seminars
Requirements:
•
A good university degree in Real Estate. University graduates of Business-related
or Economics courses with good academic results may be considered.
•
Strong report-writing skill in English & research ability are essential
•
Candidates with knowledge of real estate economics & development process
would have an advantage
•
Possess good analytical, communication and organizational skills
•
Proficient in financial mathematics, property valuation & Discounted Cash Flow
modelling
•
Must be highly motivated, systematic and organized
•
Possess creative problem-solving skills
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•
Immediate availability or can start work on short notice preferred
