K "*TRD-848402 Mark White Governor of Texas WHEREAS, the United States Congress has enacted the proposed Deficit Reduction Act of 1984, House Resolution 4170, certain provisions of which will amend the Code, $103A, to cause it to be applicable to bonds issued WHEREAS, the Code, §103~(g),imposes a ceiling on the aggregate amount of such housing bonds that -may amount of such state ceiling for each year based on such evidence as they may determine and that, in the event that the governor and the Texas Housing Agency act on different dates in making such determination, the latter :: date shall control; and Section I .
